Things to do!
There are many things to do in the locality and in the nearby cities of Larnaca and Limmasol. Cooking, Art, Photography and Yoga classes are available. Whether as a group or single traveller we will be pleased to give advice and information on the availability of activities throughout the season.
We have great walks in the immediate area and the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. The village often hosts cyclists in training and a number of challenging and pleasant landscapes. The sea and beaches are nearby and accessible by bicycle or car and beaches. We will be pleased to provide maps and directions to any site you wish to visit in Cyprus.
The Island is full of heritage sites, churches and places of architectural interest as well as a great number of ecological and geological areas of interest. We at Dolphin House have put together a number of small excursion guides for the sites around Tochni, Choirokoitia and Maroni.
We have a very good European standard local supermarket (Orphanides) in the next village - Skarinou.
It is possible to arrange cookery classes for small groups at a renowned Cypriot restaurant, Little Plates.
